Finding the perfect Christmas present can be a daunting task for many of us – with so many shops and so little time, where do you start?may just have the answer, Bolney Wine Estate is offering a local solution to all your Christmas shopping dilemmas, with their first ever Christmas Fayre, taking place at the vineyard on 3rd December.

Sussex shoppers welcomed into the warmth of the winery will think Christmas has come early as they have an opportunity to purchase gifts from a wide range of Sussex stallholders, including Cocoa Loco, High Weald Dairy, Wobblegate Farm and Lily’s Chillies. Avoid the queues this year and pick up all your Christmas essentials from Bolney Wine Estate’s Christmas Fayre – from Christmas cake to Christmas cards – all produced right here in Sussex.
 

Shoppers will also be able to stock up on the Estate’s award winning wines, and its wine experts will be on hand to advise which of the vineyard’s top tipples – Lychgate Red, Curvée Rosé and Bolney Bubbly – best suit your Christmas menus.
 
Samantha Linter, Head Winemaker at Bolney Wine Estate says: “With our first ever Christmas Fayre, we’re hoping to encourage Sussex residents to keep it local this Christmas. As well as a wide range of Christmas gifts from local companies to choose from, there will be a chance for shoppers to enter our Christmas raffle and re-fuel at our on-site Christmas Café. We’ll be serving winter warming soups and our very own Bolney Estate Winter Cream Tea, a choice of mouthwatering cakes washed down with the best filter coffee and tea. And if you fancy a glass of something celebratory we’ll be serving our award-winning still and sparkling wines. So come all ye faithful, visit our Christmas Fayre and you’ll soon have all your Christmas shopping wrapped up!” 
 
Bolney Wine Estate’s Christmas Fayre will be open from 10am to 4pm on the 3rd December 2011. Entry is free and there will be refreshments and food available to purchase throughout the day.
