It’s wine but not as you know it, containing no alcohol which means it’s acceptable to drink it whenever you like. We’ve really enjoyed drinking it first thing in the morning straight from the fridge, as it delivers a really zingy kick and a welcome alternative to coffee.
The wine is produced on a small farm near Brighton, using the same recipe created by Gran Stead over 150 years ago. Despite its vintage, this unique tipple still delivers a real taste sensation, picking up a 3 Star Gold (the maximum you can get) at the 2009 Great Taste Awards.
Made using natural ingredients, its vibrant ginger intensity is great on its own, or can be added to alcohol to create a cheeky summer or winter pick-me-up. In fact, you can even use it in the kitchen, adding it to sauces, dressings, cakes or deserts.
Gran Stead’s non-alcoholic ginger wine is available in over 400 outlets across the UK, or direct from the Gran Stead’s website.
