Bolney Wine Estate is the latest to Sussex sparkling wine producer to give the French a bloody nose, after its Cuveé Rosé came out top in a blind tasting of over 40 wines, even beating a bottle of world-famous Moët and Chandon Champagne.
This month sees The Meat Bar in Camden opens its doors offering a curious solution to this perennial problem, serving a delicious selection of meat-infused cocktails which they claim ‘look set to become one of the hottest trends of the year’.
